As a multidimensional force with over a decade of leadership experience in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Ellis, known as “The Culture Broker,” propels individuals across various industries to new heights. Her approach integrates strategic planning, policy refinement, fundraising, coaching, and innovative thinking. As the owner of Ellis K Consulting and Executive Director of the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley, Krystle is a revered figure whose expertise has guided organizations nationwide in harnessing the strengths and diversities of people. She implements system-wide changes through a positive and appreciative lens.

Krystle is also a phenomenal mainstage keynote speaker and event emcee who brings energy, insight, and authenticity to every stage she steps onto. As a philanthropist and founding member of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Sentinel Giving Society, she staunchly supports women’s rights, equitable healthcare for children, and the global right to clean water. Raised under the sunny skies of South Florida and proud of her Jamaican heritage, she brings humor, a super relaxed demeanor, and an enduring commitment to transformational love and respect to every aspect of her life.
