She is a respected voice in national publications and a sought-after speaker on business, philanthropy, and organizational transformation. As a philanthropist and founding member of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Sentinel Giving Society, she staunchly supports women’s rights, equitable healthcare for differently-abled children, and the global right to clean water.  Krystle is also an educator, as she served as the 2025/2026 RIT Minett Professor and as is an Associate Faculty Member at the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship.
